We’re very happy to welcome Ashim Paun to Axion Lab as our Sustainable Markets Advisor!
Ashim brings in an exceptionally broad view on sustainable investing. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has worked across public markets and private equity, with earlier experience in government and the NGO sector. He has seen sustainability evolve from a research topic into something that increasingly shapes investment decisions and business performance.
Previously, as Head of Sustainable Investing at Triton, Ashim brought that perspective into the full private equity investment cycle. His work covered sourcing, investor relations and sustainability-led transformation during ownership, with a clear focus on building stronger businesses ahead of exit. Before Triton, Ashim was Managing Director and Global Co-Head of ESG at HSBC Global Research, where he focused on climate and the energy transition.
