Happy to welcome Phil Fieldhouse to Axion Lab’s expert team!
Phil brings 9+ years of sustainability and climate risk consulting experience across ERM, EVORA Global and Arup. At ERM, he has worked with investors including KKR, Tishman Speyer, and CPPIB, translating climate risks into financial implications for investment committees. He also managed ESG teams and developed post-acquisition investment cases for climate resilience.
Alongside his consulting work, Phil has built AI-enabled tools for analysis and reporting. That entrepreneurial approach fits well with how we work at Axion Lab: experts help build the methods and tools they use, drawing on their experience of what clients need.
Phil will work with funds and their portfolio companies on sustainability risks and value creation, portfolio monitoring and due diligence support, starting from sustainability.
