Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Axion Lab website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Description of Services
Axion Lab provides AI automation solutions, consulting services, and related technology services to businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Axion Lab and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Axion Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Standard payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers and major payment methods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be available for prepaid services not yet delivered, subject to our refund policy.
Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our hosted services. In case of service disruptions exceeding our SLA, clients may be eligible for service credits as detailed in their service agreement. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from downtime calculations and will be announced in advance.
Project Confidentiality
We treat all client project information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client data, business processes, or project details to third parties without explicit written consent. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements. We may showcase general project outcomes in our portfolio only with client permission.
Licensing and Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive full ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their projects. Pre-existing Axion Lab tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property but are licensed to clients for their use. Third-party components are subject to their respective licenses.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute. This agreement is governed by German law.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
